Billing issues
For subscription or payment questions, include the workspace name and the email address used for the account. Do not send full card details.
Security concerns
If you believe an account or workspace has been accessed without permission, report it promptly and identify the affected workspace. Avoid including unnecessary commercial records in the first message.
