Privacy notice

This notice explains the main categories of information SubconFlow.OS processes when you create an account, run a workspace or use the service.

1. Information we process

SubconFlow.OS may process account details, workspace membership, client and project records, site diary entries, commercial records, evidence files, subscription information, audit history and technical service logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

2. Why we use it

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce permissions, store and retrieve records, operate subscriptions, protect the platform, respond to support requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Workspace data

Business records entered into a SubconFlow.OS workspace remain associated with that workspace. Access is controlled by workspace membership and role. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to upload personal information about workers, clients, contacts or other individuals.

4. Service providers

SubconFlow.OS may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment and email providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as required for their service functions and subject to their own contractual and security obligations.

5. Evidence and security

Evidence files are intended to be stored privately and access-controlled. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers should avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for the commercial record.

6. Retention and account closure

Workspace information may be retained while an account is active and for a limited period after closure where needed for recovery, legal, security or operational purposes. Workspace export and closure controls are provided inside the product.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, individuals may have rights to access, correct, restrict or erase personal data, object to certain processing, or request data portability. Requests should be sent through the SubconFlow.OS support contact.

8. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the SubconFlow.OS contact page. This page is a product privacy notice and should be reviewed against the final operating company, hosting arrangements and customer contracts before commercial launch.
