Terms

Terms of service

These terms describe the intended basis on which customers access and use SubconFlow.OS. They are a commercial-launch draft and should receive final legal review before public sale.

1. The service

SubconFlow.OS provides software for construction subcontractors to organise site facts, evidence, variations, payment applications, invoices, payments and related commercial records. SubconFlow.OS does not determine contractual entitlement, certify evidence, give legal advice or guarantee payment recovery.

2. Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and relevance of records they enter, the people they authorise to access a workspace, and any notices, invoices or documents they decide to issue using information prepared in SubconFlow.OS.

3. Accounts and access

Users must protect their login credentials and use the service only through authorised accounts. Workspace Owners and Admins are responsible for assigning suitable roles and removing access when it is no longer required.

4. Subscriptions

Paid access is provided according to the selected plan, billing interval and capacity limits shown at checkout. Taxes and final pricing are determined during the payment process. Subscription changes and cancellation are handled through the available billing controls.

5. Acceptable use

Customers must not use SubconFlow.OS to upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, bypass account limits, distribute malware or use the platform in a way that infringes another person's rights.

6. Records and exports

SubconFlow.OS is designed to preserve records and provide exports, but customers should maintain appropriate business continuity procedures. An export does not make a record legally conclusive or replace professional advice about contractual notice requirements, evidence or dispute procedure.

7. Availability and changes

The service may change as features, security controls and integrations develop. Maintenance, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

8. Liability and legal review

Liability provisions, governing law, company identity, refund rights, service levels and any business-to-business limitations must be finalised for the actual contracting entity before launch. These draft terms should not be treated as the final customer contract.
